Superb culinary thyme. Spicier, more pungent flavor than German Winter in a smaller plant. Perennial in zones 5-8. 125 mg ~ 500 seeds.

Start seed indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Cover soil very lightly as seeds require light to germinate. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 65-75 degrees. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date. Or, plant seeds directly in the garden 1-2 before average last frost date. Thyme grows best in well-drained soil. Divide plant after 3-4 years.
