Dill
Dill brings feathery foliage, aromatic seed heads, and bright flavor to pickles, potatoes, fish, breads, salads, and sauces. Its yellow umbels also feed beneficial insects and add airy texture to herb beds and bouquets.
Direct sow in cool to mild weather and repeat plantings for a longer leaf harvest. Allow selected plants to flower and dry if you want seed for pickling, seasoning, or saving.
