Hyssop

Hyssop brings upright stems, aromatic leaves, and blue, pink, or white flower spikes to herb gardens and pollinator plantings. It has long been grown for tea, fragrance, traditional preparations, and the steady activity of bees.

Give plants full sun and well-drained soil, and avoid overly rich conditions. Harvest leafy stems before or during early bloom, leaving enough growth for the perennial plant to recover.
