Lemongrass
Lemongrass (also “lemon grass”) brings a clean, lemon-bright lift to curries and soups and a calming note in tea. It thrives in full sun and shines in containers. Harvest outer stalks, peel away the tough layers, and lightly bruise the tender white bases for cooking; bundle and dry the green leaves for tea, then store in airtight jars for later. Heat-loving, container-ready, and generous with flavor.
