Mustard Greens
Mustard greens bring peppery flavor, tender young leaves, and quick cool-season growth to salads, sautés, soups, pickles, and braised dishes. Green, red, purple, frilled, and broad-leaf types offer different heat and texture.
Direct sow in cool soil, thin well, and harvest young for milder flavor. Plants grow quickly and often become stronger and hotter as leaves mature or temperatures rise.
