Chamomile
Chamomile brings small daisy-like flowers, a sweet apple-like fragrance, and a long history in tea gardens and traditional home use. German chamomile is an annual that often self-sows, while Roman chamomile forms a lower perennial mat.
Sow the fine seed on or near the soil surface where it can receive light, and keep it gently moist until established. Harvest newly opened flowers often and dry them quickly in a shaded, airy place.
