Monarda (Bee Balm)

Bee balm brings shaggy flower heads, fragrant leaves, and constant activity from bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Red, pink, purple, and white forms fit herb gardens, perennial borders, meadow plantings, and cutting beds.

Grow in sun or light shade with good airflow and regular moisture. Divide spreading clumps as needed and remove affected foliage promptly where powdery mildew is common.
