Lemon Balm
Lemon balm brings bright citrus fragrance to tea, desserts, drinks, fruit dishes, and traditional home gardens. Its soft leaves are easy to harvest, and the small flowers attract bees when plants are allowed to bloom.
Grow in sun or partial shade with regular moisture, and cut plants back to encourage fresh leaves. Lemon balm can self-sow freely, so harvest before seed matures if you want to keep it contained.
