This website is operated by Bucktown Seed Company. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bucktown Seed Company.
Bucktown Seed Company offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all related policies and notices.

All offers are void where prohibited.

Seeds and living plants are affected by storage, soil, temperature, moisture, planting depth, weather, pests, disease, and other growing conditions outside our control. Our seed-quality and germination commitments are described in our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee crop yield, harvest size, plant appearance, or garden performance beyond the commitments expressly stated in our published policies.
Section 6 — Orders and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order. Restrictions may apply to orders placed through the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, or other identifying information.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for promptly updating your information so we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Order processing, substitutions, shipping, cancellations, and delivery are also governed by our Shipping Policy.
Section 7 — Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other fees displayed before checkout is completed.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if payment cannot be authorized, appears fraudulent, or requires additional verification.

Our responsibility for a product claim is limited to the remedies stated in our Refund Policy, including replacement, store credit, or refund of the original purchase price.
In jurisdictions that do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
