Bucktown Seed Company
We want to honor the story of the seed by making available a large selection of seeds with good stories. Stories that, like the seeds they boast about, have been conserved, passed down from one generation to the next and proven to be full of life and color and flavor.
Wonderful! They grew beautifully, disease-free and very tall. I have gotten many many peas from these seeds and they’re absolutely delicious. Thank you!
It’s nice to have a interested partner in growing vegetables. Thanks so much
Delicious and consistent germination
I really can’t say anything about these seeds. I haven’t had any germinate yet on two different tries. I don’t think it’s the product, I think it must be operator (me) error. It’s been a horrendous year for me. Can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Check back with me, I still have some seeds and I haven’t surrendered yet.
Self-sufficiency is now easier with seeds to grow food. Love it.
Our Parisian cucumbers gave us an incredibly large harvest and has been producing well for over a month. Our kids eat these right off the vine, so the flavor must be right (I confirm it is). Maybe we'll have some left for pickling.
Unfortunately with the drought and heat in Texas I have not planted any seeds at this time
Thanks so much
I love this basil, but it's not as purple as I thought it would be! Still wonderful to eat and look at! 💜 And I'd definitely recommend!
Still waiting for the first ripe tomato. I do have a few green tomatoes on the vine
Tendersweet Orange - Organic Watermelon
Black Beauty Zucchini - Organic Summer Squash
Oregano is going well and the smell is heavenly. Cannot wait to start cooking with it.
It's a VERY long story but I ordered seeds for my Dad, who uses a walker to move, did not prepare to plant. So some we will plant in the fall and others shortly.
My deer tongue lettuce is everything I expected it to be!! I cut off my first harvest & it is shooting right back out! This is the first year I bought my seeds from Bucktown..& I will continue to!! I love what the company stands for & it's a pleasure to support them🤍
