Pak Choi White Stem (bok choy) forms crisp, juicy petioles and spoon‑shaped leaves with a mild brassica sweetness. Quick to mature and cold tolerant, it’s a staple for stir‑fries, soups, and grilling halves. High in vitamin C and calcium. Sow spring and fall, keep soil moist, and harvest whole heads or cut-and-come-again. If you crave greens with crunch, pak choi delivers.

How to Grow

Start seed indoors 2-4 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-80 degrees.
