Hyssop Herb is an aromatic bushy herb that's been used since ancient times. Grown for its flower tops and leaves, Hyssop can be used as a spice to flavor dishes and beverages. Bushy 1-2 ft. plants with a delicious slightly minty flavor. Hyssop is also highly attractive to bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Perennial in zones 3-9. 250mg ~ 250 seeds

Start seed indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-75 degrees. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date. Or, plant seeds directly in the garden after average last frost date. Harvest leaves after plants have become established. Hyssop is great for attracting bees, it's soothing teas and other medicinal uses.
