Pak Choi White Stem - Cabbage Seeds - Organic
HEIRLOOM, ORGANIC.
Pak Choi White Stem is a Chinese cabbage that is grown for its non-heading leaves. Also known as Bok Choi. This cool weather plant has a slight mustard taste and does best in the cool weather of early spring or fall. Pak Choi is a long-standing vegetable that is used like celery or greens. It is common throughout most of China and Asia.
GROWING TIPS
Start seed indoors 2-4 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-80 degrees. Transplant to the garden after danger of your average last frost has passed. If direct seeding, sow seeds in the garden after danger of your average last frost has passed to prevent premature flowering. Pak Choi thrives in cool weather. Can also be planted in late summer for a fall harvest.
