Summer savory (Satureja hortensis) brings a clean, peppery-thyme bite that brightens beans, poultry, grilled vegetables, tomatoes, potatoes, sausages and stuffings, tangy vinegars and mustard dressings—and even scrambled eggs or compound butter.
