This Jump Start Seedling Heat Mat helps warm the root zone for heat-loving seeds such as peppers, tomatoes, melons, and other crops that prefer warmer soil for germination. Sized for one standard 1020 tray, it brings steady bottom warmth to the seed-starting bench.
The mat warms the root area about 10–20°F above ambient temperature and includes a 6-foot power cord. Waterproof construction, thick multi-layer design, and UL listing make it a practical piece of equipment for indoor seed starting and greenhouse use.
