Moonflower is a night-blooming vine with large white trumpets that unfurl in the evening and glow softly against dark leaves. Related to morning glories, it brings the garden into the cooler hours, opening fragrant blooms when the day’s heat has passed and moths begin to move.
Give the vigorous vines a trellis, fence, or arbor and enough warmth to grow strongly. Plant near a porch, gate, or evening path, where the pale flowers can catch the last light and make the garden feel awake after sunset.
