GROWING TIPS
Plant seeds directly into the garden 2-4 weeks before your average last frost date. Or, start seed indoors 3-5 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date. In warmer climates sow in the spring for summer bloom and late winter for winter bloom. Petals are edible and the flowers make long-lasting cuttings. Self sows readily. To get the most out of your flowers, make successive sowings every 2-3 weeks throughout the summer.
