We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more! No code is needed—free shipping is automatically applied once your cart total reaches $75.

We offer a variety of shipping options, including UPS Next Day Air Saver, 3 Day Select, and Ground, as well as USPS Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and First Class Package. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress. Updates will be sent via email, so check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see them. For delivery concerns, please contact the carrier directly.

Double-Check Your Address. Make sure your shipping and billing address is correct before placing your order. If a package ships to an incorrect address due to customer error, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we can re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed and additional shipping costs are paid by customer.

Orders are fullfilled within 2-3 business days, with many shipping the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday through Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

If a seed variety you’ve ordered is unavailable, we’ll do our best to send a similar item of equal or greater value. If a replacement isn’t available, no worries—we’ll issue a refund for that item.

We work hard to process orders quickly, so once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, add items, or cancel it.

We stand behind the quality of our seeds, which are frequently tested to ensure excellent germination, and guarantee they will grow and thrive with proper care. If your seeds do not perform after following the growing instructions, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund at support@bucktownseed.com.

For items that arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer free replacements or refunds if returned in original condition. Returns due to ordering errors or changes of heart will be refunded minus shipping costs, with a 15% restocking fee if the item is opened or used. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
