HEIRLOOM.

Parisian Pickling cucumbers are perfect for pickling! They're a historic French heirloom variety used in the late 1800s to manufacture gherkins (cornichons). Listed in the United States in 1982, these versatile cucumbers are excellent for pickling when small or a slicing cucumber when larger.

GROWING TIPS

Plant seeds directly in the garden in the spring after the danger of frost has passed, roughly 1-2 weeks after the average last frost date and when daytime temps are near 70°F. Sow 5-6 seeds per hill and thin to 2-3 plants. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 65-80 degrees. For transplants, start seed indoors 3-4 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Transplant to the garden 2-3 weeks after your average last frost date. Harvest when small & pick daily. Mature cucumbers on the vine slow production of new fruit.

Amazing yield and flavor

Our Parisian cucumbers gave us an incredibly large harvest and has been producing well for over a month. Our kids eat these right off the vine, so the flavor must be right (I confirm it is). Maybe we'll have some left for pickling.

Thank you for your kind words, Peter! We're so happy to hear that you and your family are enjoying our Parisian Pickling Cucumber Seeds. These cucumbers are flavorful and productive, making them a great choice for any garden. We hope you'll get to enjoy them pickled as well!
