Wild Rocket Arugula is the perfect way to spice up any dish! This nutritious Italian heirloom has a more pungent taste than regular arugula, and its leaves are deeply lobed. Wild Arugula does excellent in the heat and humidity, so it's perfect for adding some zip to your summer recipes. It is believed that arugula's detoxifying properties come from glucosinolates. These compounds are responsible for giving the leaves their pungent and slightly bitter flavor, which may be why it has been used in traditional medicine. 150mg ~ 500 seeds.
GROWING TIPS
Direct seed from early spring onward. Arugula prefers the cool weather of spring & fall. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 40-70 degrees. Transplants can be set out 3-4 weeks before last average frost. Arugula needs consistent moisture to produce tender leaves. Successive plantings every three weeks will ensure a continuous supply until weather becomes to hot. Arugula can be planted again in late summer for a fall harvest. Flowers are edible.

Arugula
My arugula seed production was zero. Immediate germination followed by 100% die-off. Was not a cold weather issue. No other seed germination issues in my garden. Very disappointed.
