The African Marigold Crackerjack mix is a classic heirloom that grows to 36 inches tall. The fluffy, carnation-like double flowers come in shades of gold and yellow with an orange center - perfect for beds & borders or cutting gardens! It's also great at controlling insect pests.

Plant seeds directly in the garden after average last frost date. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 70-80°F. Or, start seed indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date. Removing old blossoms will encourage new growth. Flowers will continue evolving through summer into frost, making them great for containers or gardens where you want something beautiful all season long! Useful for controlling insect pests in the vegetable garden.
