Lavender - Organic Herb Seeds
🚚 FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $79!
True English lavender ‘Vera’ forms neat, silver-green mounds 18–24 inches tall, topped by compact spikes of classic lavender-blue blooms. The scent is clean and strongly aromatic and it draws bees all season while adding year-round structure to borders, herb beds, and containers. Stems dry beautifully for sachets, wreaths, and home apothecary blends.
The blooms are edible; use lightly for best flavor—fold into shortbread, infuse honey or simple syrup, or garnish desserts. Pairs naturally with citrus, berries, nuts, mint, and cinnamon. Perennial in USDA Zones 5–8.
Every order is packed with care by our small team in Pennsylvania and typically ships within 2–3 business days—often by the next business day. We ship throughout the United States using USPS and UPS.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
We stand behind every packet we sell. Our seeds are carefully selected, tested for germination, untreated, and guaranteed to be true to variety.
Your seeds are covered for one year from the date of purchase. If they fail to germinate under reasonable growing conditions, arrive damaged, or do not grow true to type, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Start seed indoors 8-10 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Cold stratification can greatly improve germination. Store seeds for 2-3 weeks in refrigerator, 32-40°F, prior to sowing.Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 65-75 degrees. Cover with soil very lightly as seeds require light to germinate. Transplant to the garden after your average last frost date. Direct seeding in the garden is not recommended. Harvest the flower spikes on a warm, dry day just as the flowers are beginning to open. Hang to dry out of direct sunlight in a dry space. Can be used in beds and borders. Requires full sun and well-drained soil. Perennial in zones 5-9.
