Santo - Cilantro Seeds - Certified Naturally Grown (CNG)
🚚 FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $79!
Santo is the traditional choice slow-bolting cilantro for steady, leafy harvests with bright, citrus-herb flavor. Bred for leaf production, it holds longer before flowering, so you get fuller bunches for salsa nights, tacos, chutneys, pho, and curries. Stems are tender enough to chop with the leaves, and the lacy white blooms—when they finally arrive—pull in beneficial insects and give you edible flowers.
Dry the seed for coriander with warm, lemon-spice notes for pickling and baking, a tidy way to stretch one planting into two pantry staples. Plants thrive in raised beds or roomy containers with steady moisture. Naturally a source of vitamin K, with coriander long used as a gentle digestive spice—useful, flavorful, and easy to keep in rotation. Average 2,200 seeds/oz. These seeds are Certified Naturally Grown (CNG)—grown using practices that avoid synthetic inputs and focus on healthy soil and responsible stewardship.

Cilantro is best direct sown into the garden in early spring or fall, when weather is cool. Sow seed about 1/2” deep in full sun and well-drained soil. If starting indoors, sow 4–6 weeks before transplanting and handle seedlings carefully, as cilantro is sensitive to root disturbance. For a continual harvest of leaves, make additional sowings every few weeks. Keep soil evenly moist during germination and early growth for the best stand. Cilantro tends to flower and go to seed quickly in warm weather, so regular sowings are the best way to extend harvest.
