Mission Bells is a beautiful, bright semi-double mixture of California Poppy that can be grown in any garden. This variety of California Poppy includes shades of apricot, orange, pink, red, white and yellow. Poppies are a self-seeding annual and an excellent choice for mass plantings. Good for attracting pollinators. 1g ~ 600 seeds

Plant seeds directly in the garden as soon as the soil can be worked, or 2-4 weeks before your average last frost date. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-75°F. Starting transplants is not recommended. Poppies are very susceptible to transplant shock. Poppies germinate best in cool soil and are frost tolerant. When seedlings are 2" tall, thin to 1 plant every 6-10". Hardiness zones 8-10.
