Knee-High Mix sweet peas climb to about 3 feet—short enough for containers or low trellises—yet still fill the air with classic sweet pea fragrance. Colors range across pastels and richer tones, all on manageable vines that don’t overwhelm. Sweet peas have charmed gardeners since Victorian times for scent and cut-flower value.

Remember: seeds and pods are toxic, so they’re for noses, not plates. Sow in cool soil, give support, and cut often to keep vines blooming. Perfect for patios, picket fences, or child-height gardens.

Every order is packed with care by our small team in Pennsylvania and typically ships within 2–3 business days—often by the next business day. We ship throughout the United States using USPS and UPS.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Plant a group of 3 seeds every 6" directly in the garden 4-6 weeks before your average last frost date. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 55-65°f. Or, start seed indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Transplant to the garden around your average last frost date. Trellis support may be needed. Sweet peas grow best in the spring and regions with cool summers. Does not do well in hot, humid summers. Cut frequently and remove spent blossoms to encourage new growth. Mulching can help
To keep the soil cool and provide good air circulation.
Caution: the seeds, pods and plants are toxic if ingested.
