Please take these notes into consideration when placing an order:
Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received your tracking #, please feel free to contact the appropriate carrier to determine when your package should arrive.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we will do our best to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the item(s).
- We process orders as quickly as possible after they are placed; therefore, we unable to add, change or cancel orders after they are made.
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure that a correct shipping/billing address is used at checkout prior to placing an order. If an incorrect mailing address has been used, please refer to the section Undeliverable/Insufficient Address below.
Shipping Charges are based on your location in the United States.
We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed online. While many orders ship the same day. Orders placed between 12:00 pm Friday through 11:59 pm Sunday EST will be processed on the next business day.

We are currently not accepting orders outside of the United States.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address, we will attempt to re-ship the package once it has been returned to Bucktown Seed CO. in original condition, the mailing address has been confirmed/corrected by customer and after additional shipping costs are paid by customer.
