An intensely dark green selection of the Moss Curled type. Use it for garnishes, salads, and cooking. Compact plant does well in containers and ground, allowing for multiple cuttings per season from one planting. Upright leaves make harvesting easy. Ht. 12–16". Excellent cold tolerance. Holds for a long time when cut. 1 g ~ 300 seeds.

Start seed indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Seeds can be soaked in water overnight, then planted in containers. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 55-70 degrees. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks before your average last frost date. Or, plant seeds directly into the garden as soon as soil can be worked. Cuttings can be throughout summer and into fall. Excellent for container and in-ground growing.
