Sea Shells Mix cosmos twists familiar daisy blooms into fluted, seashell‑shaped petals in pinks, whites, and magentas. Tall, airy plants thrive in poor soil, bloom nonstop with deadheading, and draw pollinators all season. Snip stems regularly for bouquets and more buds will follow. If you need quick height, color, and movement, this cosmos fills gaps without demanding much in return.

How to Grow

Plant seeds directly in the garden after average last frost date. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-70°f. Or, start seed indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Transplant to the garden 1-2 weeks after your average last frost date. Removing old blossoms will encourage new growth. Plant staking may be required for added support. Great for cutting, beds and borders, and the pollinator garden. Prefers well-draining soils.
