Yes. Every variety in this collection is open-pollinated and non-GMO.

With proper isolation, selection, and care, open-pollinated seed can be saved and grown true to type from one season to the next.

Yes. Choose healthy plants that show the traits you want to preserve, allow the seed to reach full maturity, and follow the correct saving process for that crop.
