Jing Orange - Okra Seeds
Jing Orange Okra is an Asian heirloom variety known for its stunning red-orange color and tender perfection. Produces 6-7" pods. Excellent in soups, fried or grilled! 2g ~ 35 seeds
GROWING TIPS
Plant seed directly into the garden starting 1-3 weeks after average last frost date. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 65-85 degrees. When seedlings are 3" high, thin to final spacing. Okra is best when the fruit is tender and immature. Harvest when pods are 2-4" in length. Inspect and harvest at least every other day. Remove any over-mature fruit to encourage production of new flowers. Best when picked small and fresh.
