HEIRLOOM.
Iceland Poppies feature delicate, papery flowers ideal for cooler climates. These charming blooms come in soft pastel and vibrant orange hues, adding elegance to your garden. A perfect choice for those seeking hardy, colorful flowers that thrive in cooler conditions. Grows 14-20" tall. Perennial in hardiness zones 4-9. 500mg ~ 3000 seeds.
GROWING TIPS
Plant seeds directly in the garden as soon as the soil can be worked, or 2-4 weeks before your average last frost date, or late autumn. Optimum soil temperature for seed germination is 60-75°F. Or, start seed indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting into the garden. Harden off and transplant to the garden after danger of frost has passed. When seedlings are 2" tall, thin to 1 plant every 6-10". Iceland poppies prefer cool conditions and may not do well in hot summer weather.
